A certified translation bears the stamp and signature of an authorised court interpreter and is legally equivalent to the original — recognised by courts, ministries, universities and all official institutions, in Croatia and abroad.
Diplomas, birth certificates, judgments, contracts, notarial deeds — you collect the translated and certified document in person or by post, and we can also guide you through the apostille procedure.

What is the difference between a standard and a certified translation?
A standard (uncertified) translation is used for texts that do not require official legal validity. This includes websites, business correspondence that does not require certification, and a wide range of materials such as technical manuals, marketing content, and educational curricula.
A certified translation is a translation verified by an authorised sworn translator. The sworn translator applies their official stamp and signature, binding it to the original text, thereby legally guaranteeing that the translation fully matches the original document.
What is a standard page of text?
Let us clear up the most common misunderstanding first – one standard page of text is not the same as one physical A4 page. A standard translation page is a benchmark unit of measurement in the industry and consists of 1,500 characters including spaces.
What factors influence the price and delivery deadline of a translation?
The price and turnaround time depend on the total number of standard pages, the complexity of the terminology, and the urgency of the delivery. Pricing and deadlines are determined after we receive the materials for review. For projects requiring expedited delivery, a 30% surcharge applies to the standard rate.
How can I send you my documents, and how will the translation be delivered?
You can easily submit your documents digitally, either as scans or clear photographs sent by email. Once completed, standard translations are delivered to the client in electronic format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF). For certified translations by a sworn translator, the physical documents bearing the original stamp and signature can be picked up in person, or we can send them to your address via registered mail or courier service by agreement. We can also send them as scanned copies by email upon request.
