Romanica was founded in 2011 by Barbara Adamić Deković, a professor of French and Spanish language and literature who has dedicated her entire professional career to translation. After graduating from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb in 2003, she began working as a translator and has since built over two decades of experience in the field.
In addition to her work as a translator, Barbara is an authorised sworn translator and interpreter for French and Spanish.
